Defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be handled as per brand policy (Exide, Amaron, Luminous, Livguard, SF Sonic, Tata Green, etc.). We assist with the complete claim process on your behalf — testing, paperwork and pickup/replacement.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  2. Share your invoice number, product details and a brief description of the issue (photos/videos if possible).
  3. Our team will inspect / test the battery and confirm whether it qualifies for refund, replacement or warranty claim.
