2. Orders & Quotes
- All quotes and prices shared verbally, on WhatsApp or via email are valid for a limited time and subject to stock availability.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment or written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We accept UPI, cash, card and online bank transfer.
- Old battery exchange value (if applicable) will be adjusted from the final invoice.
4. Installation & Delivery
- Free installation and home delivery is offered within select Gurugram service areas.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather or stock.
- The customer must ensure availability at the delivery address at the agreed time.
5. Warranty
- All batteries carry the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 24–60 months depending on brand and model).
- Warranty is void if the battery is tampered with, damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation by a third party, accidents, or natural calamities.
- Original invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.
6. Use of Website
- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
- Content, images, logos and brand names on this website are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vijay Battery Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
